This micro-course presented in collaboration with NAIOP, CREW and PowerED by Athabasca University, helps develop inclusive behaviours.
This micro-course helps develop inclusive behaviours; brings awareness to discriminatory practices; and lays the groundwork for meaningful allyship in the workplace and beyond.
This self-directed learning experience is divided into four core modules and can be completed at your own time and pace. The course will open to participants on April 8th and will be left open for completion until April 29th.
Expect to spend approximately 6 – 8 hours working through the core content and activities; then, visit the Deep Appendix, developed in partnership with CREW, for additional resources to expand your learning!
All learning is completed entirely in Athabasca University’s learning management system and is available via desktop, laptop, tablet or phone (on both IOS or Android system).
There will be an opportunity to engage with other participants from CREW and NAIOP in further discussion centered around CREW Network’s research as it relates to the topics within the course. Participants are encouraged to log in early and engage in some great dialogue!
Registration Deadline: April 2, 2021
Takeaways and Handbook
At the end of the course, learners will be prompted to download the “Takeaways” and “Handbook” to inspire further reflection and action of your learning!
