Edmonton CREW is pleased to invite you to a guided meditation and restorative yin yoga session over Zoom! Join us as Angie Clark from YEG YOGI helps us unwind from the week, calm our over-stimulated minds, and work our deep connective tissues.
This session is great for all levels of experience.
You will need 2 pillows or rolled up blankets for support. We encourage you to keep your camera on for a group session, but feel free to turn it off for a private experience.
