Tell us about a project, program, or initiative that your company will be working on in 2023.
We have a few exciting upgrades coming to MNP Tower this year, in addition to a significant amount of leasing momentum in that building and Bell Tower. We will also be doing some exterior renovations to The Annex in advance of Lloyd Sadd's relocation.
Tell us about events or programs you have to encourage employees to build relationships in the workplace.
With our team split across two cities, building these relationships is very important to us; we have a Aspen Social Committee (who puts on fun, engaging activities), as well as our IDEA Committee (committed to driving our DEI initiatives). We also hold an annual Team Retreat, where all staff come together for a day to team build and learn, as well as our annual Aspen Fitness Challenge with prizes and recognition.
