Edmonton CREW is excited to honor the excellence of women within the commercial real estate industry. The first Edmonton CREW Awards are intended to raise the profile of women working in the industry and to support them in career development. In line with our chapter values, the awards promote both new talent and women of experience.
We are looking to our peers, both members and non-members, to submit nominations in one of four award categories: Rising Star Award, Women of Influence Award, Excellence in Service Award, and Impact Award.
Recipients will be announced at the Annual Edmonton CREW Sponsorship event in fall 2020 (date TBD).
Rising Star Award
This award is given to a woman working in commercial real estate who shows potential and has distinguished herself through her initiative in her company and the commercial real estate industry.
Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must be (i) a woman, (ii) work in the commercial real estate industry in Edmonton, and (iii) have seven (7) years or less of experience in the industry. This award is open to Edmonton CREW members only.
Women of Influence Award
This award is given to an experienced woman working in commercial real estate who has distinguished herself by her leadership qualities, achievements, and involvement in her company, the commercial real estate industry, and the community at large.
Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must be (i) a woman and (ii) work in the commercial real estate industry in Edmonton. This award is open to Edmonton CREW members only.
Excellence in Service Award
This award is presented to an Edmonton CREW member who has shown intense dedication to committees and Edmonton CREW activities and who, through such commitment, demonstrated Edmonton CREW core values.
Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must be (i) a woman, (ii) work in the commercial real estate industry in Edmonton, and (iii) serve on an Edmonton CREW committee. The award is open to Edmonton CREW members only.
This award recognizes the excellence of an individual who has made significant commitment to furthering the agenda of equality, diversity, and inclusion within their company and have advanced the Edmonton commercial real estate industry by elevating women as leaders.
Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must (i) work in the commercial real estate industry in Edmonton (or an affiliated field). The award is open to Edmonton CREW members and non-members.
