Edmonton CREW is the leading organization dedicated to the advancement of women in the Edmonton commercial real estate industry. With over 100 members, Edmonton CREW is creating a more diverse and inclusive commercial real estate industry through:

As part of CREW Network, the industry’s premier networking coalition, Edmonton CREW is an integral resource in creating a more equitable commercial real estate industry. CREW Network’s membership of 12,000 professionals in over 75 major global markets represents all disciplines of commercial real estate. This network provides our members with direct access to real estate professionals across all geographies and disciplines so that we can achieve equity in opportunity, leadership and success for women.

Since 2010, Edmonton CREW has grown to foster a membership of executive, senior, intermediate and junior level executives. These members benefit from access to referrals, mentorship and collaborative networking with likeminded and successful women and men across the expansive CREW Network.

Our history

The Edmonton chapter of CREW was formed in February 2010. Since that time we have advanced greatly in our efforts, successfully attracting and retaining a wide ranging membership that represents over 25 disciplines within Edmonton’s commercial real estate community.

Edmonton CREW has created an exclusive and balanced membership that embodies executive, senior, intermediate and junior level professionals, building depth in our industry by way of offering mentorship, career development, and leadership succession.

Our Initiatives

Business Networking

Facilitating business networking and deal making among our multi-disciplinary membership is the cornerstone of our organization. We deliver impactful networking opportunities including three Leadership Summits and the CREW Network Convention and Marketplace annually. Members also have exclusive access to our CREWbiz technology platform, which serves as a membership directory, resource and referral center, personal marketing tool and app.

Industry Research

CREW Network is the world’s leading researcher on women in commercial real estate. Our industry research produces white papers annually and a benchmark study every five years, delivering data and action items to advance women in commercial real estate and positively impact the industry.

Leadership Development

Building effective leaders is key to advancing the commercial real estate industry. We dedicate significant resources to providing our members with high-level leadership development training and opportunities to serve on global boards and committees to develop and hone applicable leadership skills.

Career Outreach

CREW Network and our Foundation are committed to bringing more women into commercial real estate by creating programs that educate women and girls about the career opportunities available to them, supporting college-level commercial real estate education through scholarships, and providing mentorships to those new to the industry.
